These conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as “CGV”, are concluded on the one hand by the company: Sandrine Pascoua-Llop 14 rue du Maréchal Joffre 33140 Villenave d’Ornon, Hereinafter referred to as “the seller”, registered at the Business Formalities Center and listed in the Directory of Companies and Establishments under number: 815327549, Owner of the website “ladanseleswingetmoi.fr”, hereinafter referred to as “the site”.
And on the other hand: By any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the seller's website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

1. Presentation These conditions are aimed at a buyer who has full legal capacity for all orders he places on this site.
The seller undertakes to do everything possible to satisfy the buyer. On the site, the seller presents all the essential characteristics of the items, he will be attentive to the comments sent by buyers or Internet users visiting the site (via the “Contact us” section) The characteristics presented are given for information purposes only and may change or evolve at any time without notice. No error or modification will give rise to a claim for damages. The photos are non-contractual and may be adapted for the site's infographics.

2. Order taking

2.1 By Internet

The order is subject to the registration of the buyer's personal identification elements (surname, first name, address, email, as well as all elements necessary for delivery) on the site. Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The seller undertakes to honor buyers' orders received on the site within the limits of available stocks from its suppliers. If an ordered product is out of stock or is no longer available from its suppliers, the seller undertakes to inform the customer as quickly as possible, indicating the approximate restocking time. If applicable, the seller undertakes to cancel and refund (if the order has already been paid by Paypal or credit card) the customer's order if he so wishes.

3. Prices The prices appearing on the site are expressed in Euro, all taxes included, excluding shipping and handling costs. These prices are subject to change without notice. The products remain the full property of the seller until the bank has collected the total amount of the invoice. 4. Payment

Payment is made on secure Paypal servers. This implies that the buyer's banking and financial information is never communicated to the seller. In addition, Paypal encrypts and protects credit card numbers. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure.
4-2 By check Payment by check must be made payable to Sandrine PASCOUA-LLOP and sent to the address: 14, rue du Maréchal Joffre 33140 VILLENAVE D’ORNON 5. Delivery The seller will deliver the products to the delivery address indicated in the order form. This address may differ from the billing address. The seller undertakes to deliver to the buyer as quickly as possible via the services (Colissimo, Lettre Max or Colissimo international) of the post office. The delivery times indicated on the site are given for information purposes only. They correspond to the time the products are made available by our suppliers (if the product is not in stock), the order preparation time, as well as the carrier's delivery time. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.
IMPORTANT: If the buyer requests delivery outside French territory, the order may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties when it arrives at its destination. 6. Legal and contractual guarantees In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods with the contract in matters of hidden defects, the seller will reimburse, repair or exchange any apparently defective, damaged or damaged product or which does not correspond to the order. A complaint must be made no later than 48 hours after receipt of the order. The buyer must then return the product concerned in its entirety to the seller, the return costs remaining at their expense.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, within 7 days following receipt of the order, the buyer can exercise a right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. With the exception of return costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer, the seller will reimburse all sums paid no later than 30 days following withdrawal. 7. Responsibilities The seller is responsible for the proper execution of these general conditions of sale and will do his best to satisfy the buyer. However, the seller cannot be held liable for poor execution or lack of execution of these T&Cs in the event of an event attributable to the customer or in the event of force majeure such as disasters, strikes, fires, floods, interruption of Internet service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses or non-compliance of the product with foreign legislation in the event of delivery to a country other than France.

8. Personal data The seller collects the buyer's personal information for the management of his orders and the monitoring of commercial relations. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the buyer has the right to access, delete, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him or her. 9. Applicable legislation/Competent jurisdiction These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute on substance or form, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
